Mitsubishi Jisho Property Management was established in May 1989 as a company of the Mitsubishi Jisho Group primarily to undertake property management of office buildings outside of the Marunouchi area.

We have made the optimum use of accumulated know-how backed up by our rich and versatile experience since the company was established in 1989 and at the same time have consolidated in a well-balanced manner and pushed forward three functions (we call them “three rings”) that have been existent in our organization since the foundation: administration (administrative work at the work site), management (building management mainly of business operations) and construction work (planning, implementation and consultation of various construction works). Thus, we have provided all our customers, including building owners, asset managers and tenants, with high quality, high value-added and meticulous services.

Moreover, we have endeavored to anticipate the needs of the market by incessant search for the trends of the times: since an early stage after the amendment of the relevant legal system we have worked on and have been entrusted with property management operations for the properties in the category of liquidation of real estate such as J-REIT and private placement funds.

As a result, I am happy to say that since the incorporation we have steadily increased the areas of office administration and management in trust and achieved steady growth. We have now extended our business areas not only to the Tokyo metropolitan areas but also to major cities ranging from Sapporo to Osaka.

The common brand slogan of the Mitsubishi Jisho Group is: “Ability to care for people; Ability to care for the city,” based on which and with the staff motto of “sincerity,” “fairness,” “dedication” and “innovative spirit” we will as assiduously as before respond to customers’ requests and needs paying high regard to their positions and aggressively work toward the fulfillment of customer satisfaction on an even higher level.

About "Team Building"

Team Building is the slogan of Mitsubishi Jisho Property Management.

Our job is to enhance the value of buildings.

Our team members meet to exchange their individual expertise and skills and work as one on enhancing the value of buildings, which we consider as our specialty, for people and cities that are associated with them.

The term “Team Building” represents our mission along with the “philosophy” that is common to the slogan of the Mitsubishi Jisho Group:

“A Love for people; A Love for the city”Click to open the slogan

The word “Building” in the term Team Building has the following implications:

Build+ing

Continue to enhance the value of each building.
Continue to foster relationships of trust with people related to each building.
Continue to hone our expertise, skills and personality necessary to achieve such relationships.
Continue to be an organization attracting like-minded individuals seeking to work in unison.

In other words,

There are people who live in the city, people who work in the city and people who visit the city. While constantly striving to enhance the value of buildings free from conventions and precedents, our team is sincerely pursuing the essential value to make those people’s time in the city rich and rewarding.

That is our concept of Team Building.
