MJPM will comply with the scope of the purpose of use specified at the time of collection when it uses personal information.

MJPM will not provide personal information to third parties outside the scope of the purpose of use specified at the time of collection, with the exception of the following circumstances.

MJPM implements appropriate security measures and works to prevent accidents such as unauthorized access, destruction, leaking, and falsification of personal information. In the unlikely event of an accident, MJPM will take prompt remedial action.

MJPM respects the individual’s ownership of personal information and will respond in good faith to inquiries, consultation, and complaints from the individual.

MJPM complies with all laws and regulations concerning the protection and handling of personal information.

MJPM will continue its efforts to protect personal information into the future and strive to respond quickly to social changes such as technological developments.

MJPM continuously strives to improve compliance by establishing regulations and conducting regular audits to ensure the regulations are followed in order to adequately maintain the protection of personal information.

10. Use of Personal Information

MJPM collects and uses personal information for the following purposes.

• (1) Operating activities (including the sending of direct mail and pamphlets, solicitation, and the provision of services and information by telephone and email), contract performance, and marketing activities (including questionnaire surveys, creation of statistical data, and survey analysis) as part of its property management operations.
• (2) Management operations (including construction inside property facilities, awareness, implementation and notification of operations, awareness of visitors to property facilities, prevention of crime, security, disaster prevention, maintenance of order on property, and the provision of other services and information) as part of its property management operations.
• (3) Operating activities, contract performance, and management operations for rental homes.
• (4) Audits of clients, etc. related to (1), (2), and (3) above.
• (5) Provision of information to members, users, clients, client candidates, and related parties, operating activities, and marketing activities necessary for providing services related to useful facilities such as meeting rooms and facility management.

11. Handling of Personal Information during Recruitment

MJPM handles personal information obtained during recruitment activities in the following manner.

(1) Purpose of Use

MJPM obtains personal information from applicants such as name, address, telephone number, email address, etc. solely for the purpose of recruiting activities.

(2) Handling of Personal Information

MJPM, at its own responsibility, strictly controls and properly handles personal information obtained from applicants for the purpose of recruiting activities. Furthermore, MJPM, at its own responsibility, properly deletes and disposes of all recruiting information one month after the end of recruiting activities.

(3) Disclosure, Correction, and Termination of Use of Personal Information

Only the individual may request disclosure of the individual’s personal information provided to MJPM. Furthermore, MJPM will not disclose personal information to third parties, except where the individual has authorized disclosure, disclosure is required by law or regulation, or for disclosure to necessary business contractors. Individuals may request the correction or termination of use of the individual’s personal information.

12. Inquires about the Disclosure, Correction, and Termination of Use of Personal Information

MJPM will respond to requests to disclose, correct, or terminate usage of personal information in its possession using prescribed methods. Furthermore, MJPM collects personal information for the purposes of conducting activities to select applicants desiring employment with MJPM; all inquires related to the use of personal information for recruitment purposes should also be made to the department indicated below.
